APARTMENTS

Low Season (October-May)

  • Price for apartment for 2 people per week: from €350 to €450
  • Price for apartment for 2 people per month (4 weeks): from €450 to €950

    • High Season (June-September)

  • Price for apartment for 2 people per week: from €400 to €550
  • Price for apartment for 2 people per month (4 weeks): from €800 to €1500

    IMPORTANT

    1. The following rates vary during Easter, Christmas, New Year, and mid-August periods.
    2. Prices do not include electricity and heating, which will be calculated based on actual consumption.
    3. Some apartments can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, in which case a surcharge may be applied and agreed upon each time.
    4. A final cleaning fee of 50€ will be requested for apartment rentals.
    5. Unless otherwise agreed, the periods of stay are considered from Saturday to Saturday.
    6. For stays longer than 29 days, the registration of the "Tourist Lease Contract" at the Revenue Agency is required. An indicative cost of 130€ will be charged to the customer at a rate of 50%.

  • Price for 2 people: from €90 to €120 per night
  • Price for 1 person: €80 per night

    • Prices include electricity, water, and heating. Children up to 3 years old stay for free. Children from 3 to 12 years old: €20 with an additional bed.


    IMPORTANT

    1. Rates may vary during Easter, July, August, Ferragosto, Christmas, and New Year, and are per night, for 2 people, including bed and breakfast.
    2. For Relais guests, a rich breakfast is included, featuring local typical products such as milk, cheeses, cured meats, tarts, croissants, fresh juice, and fruits.

    FINNISH HOT TUB


    The hot large tubs are made of Finnish wood of origin that closely resemble segmented barrels.


    Finnish tubs, known as hot tubs for English speakers, are the ecological alternative to more traditional hot tubs. With a careful eye on the environment, they are the ideal solution for those seeking a moment of relaxation in contact with nature. Rediscovering the joy of a warm bath and its benefits immersed in the tranquility of your own garden is the new frontier of daily well-being. The water in these special Finnish tubs is heated by a wood stove, just as required by the typical Scandinavian ritual for stress reduction.

    • Price for 2 people for 2 hours: €80
    • Each additional person: €20

    The service includes the use of a heated changing room, loungers, bath towel, herbal tea, and other treats.

    WHIRLPOOL BATHTUB

  • Price for up to 2 people for 2 hours: €60
  • The service includes the use of the heated changing room, lounge chairs, bath towel, herbal tea, and other amenities.

    • IMPORTANT

    1. The hot tub and the hydromassage tub are exclusively reserved for Relais guests.
    2. Reservation is required at least 24 hours in advance to allow for preparation.
    3. Maximum capacity: 6 people.

    HOT STONE MASSAGE

  • Prices and availability are to be agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • The service includes the use of the changing room and towels.

    CONDITIONS

    Prices include: accommodation, bed linen and towels, use of the garden with solarium area, relaxation and reading area, barbecue area, Wi-Fi internet service, and ample parking.
